Beautify Bellevue Grant
Beautify Bellevue Grant helps homeowners enhance their outdoor spaces, creating a more vibrant and welcoming neighborhood for everyone. This reimbursement grant matches 50% of project costs, up to $400, for approved exterior improvements. This reimbursement grant is available to current Bellevue Neighborhood Association members who own and live in their home. Whether you're refreshing your yard, adding greenery, or making other exterior upgrades, we’re here to support your efforts to beautify our community.
Eligibility: The applicant must be a Current BNA member and homeowner of the project site. Only one grant will be awarded per household every other year. Priority is given to new applicants. Apply today and bring new life to your home and neighborhood!
**NEW FOR 2026**
To support more of our neighbors in beautifying Bellevue throughout the year, grant applications will be accepted starting March 1 and will be accepted on a rolling basis until September 1, 2026, or until all funds are allocated.
How do you apply?
You must be a current member of the Bellevue Neighborhood Association and live in the home
Fill out the Grant Application (see link above).
We highly recommend that you verify with the City of Bellevue and Campbell County whether approval/permits are needed for the project and obtain those if necessary.
A member of the Grants Committee will take photos of the project area before work begins.
What about Pre-Approval?
PRE-APPROVAL IS REQUIRED.
Grants are not available for previously completed projects.
No work is to begin on the project until approved by the Grants Committee.
The project/improvements must be exterior work seen from the street or alley.
What happens after you get approval for your project?
Start your project within 30 days of Grant approval and complete it within 90 days (no later than December 15).
After completion, a member of the Grants Committee will take photos of the completed project, and you will need to submit copies of invoices/receipts showing the amount spent on the approved project for reimbursement of 50% of the total project cost, up to a maximum of $400.
Funds will be dispersed after you have completed your project, submitted receipts, and completed volunteer hours with us! Let’s make Bellevue even more beautiful - together!
